Proof of God through a Process of Elimination
A couple of years ago, I developed a Scientific Proof of God that I found extremely convincing. It was the thing that convinced me that God, of necessity, must exist. It was a Proof of God through a Process of Elimination. It was based upon Sherlock Holmes’ maxim, which states:
How often have I said to you that when you have eliminated the impossible [and the false], whatever remains, however improbable, must be the truth? — Sherlock Holmes.
When it comes to science, this quote became my Bible.
Here’s how it works in practice.
If you successfully eliminate everything that is false, then ONLY the truth will remain.
This is Logic 101. It’s elementary; and, it works.
It’s fascinating to study and observe what remains after you have eliminated everything that is false.

The Logical Route
Two years ago, I used logic and common sense to eliminate everything that hasn’t been experienced or observed from science.
I originally realized that the different types of Spontaneous Generation have NEVER been experienced nor observed, which means that they should be eliminated and dismissed from science as being unscientific. In fact, Louis Pasteur falsified Spontaneous Generation in 1859, the very same year that Charles Darwin published “On the Origin of Species”.
So, what are the different types of Spontaneous Generation that are being taught and promoted right now throughout the world?
The obvious ones are Chemical Evolution, Abiogenesis, Creation Ex Nihilo, Macro-Evolution, Design and Creation by Random Chance or Random Mutations, Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Nihilism, Atheism, Design and Creation by Natural Selection, and the Theory of Evolution. It has been stated that most of the scientists attribute origins and creation to these things. ALL of these things are Creation by Spontaneous Generation, to one extent or another. These different types of Spontaneous Generation are prevented from happening by entropy or the second law of thermodynamics. Proteins, and the matching genes to go along with them, don’t just spontaneously generate out of thin air willy-nilly as we go along. Such a thing is physically impossible thanks to entropy or the second law of thermodynamics.
Spontaneous Generation of any type is impossible, so it should be eliminated as a scientific explanation, because it has been falsified or proven false. ALL the different types of Spontaneous Generation have NEVER been experienced nor observed, and therefore they should be eliminated from science because they are impossible. The ultimate goal is to eliminate the false, the falsified, and the impossible from science so that ONLY the truth remains.
Since Materialism, Naturalism, Nihilism, Atheism, and the different types of Darwinism cannot design and create anything at all, they must be eliminated from science as being ineffective and unscientific. Since Materialism, Naturalism, and the different types of Evolution are based upon Spontaneous Generation, and since Spontaneous Generation has been falsified, it logically follows that Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, and their derivatives should be eliminated from science as being impossible, scientifically inaccurate, unscientific, falsified, speculative, and untrue.
I realized instinctively that if we eliminate these false creators or false gods, then ONLY the truth will remain.
If you successfully eliminate everything that is false, then ONLY the truth will remain. It starts by eliminating everything that hasn’t been experienced nor observed, such as Materialism, Naturalism, Atheism, Nihilism, Chemical Evolution, Macro-Evolution, the Theory of Evolution, Creation Ex Nihilo, Creation by Entropy, Design and Creation by Random Chance, Abiogenesis, and Spontaneous Generation.
It’s fascinating to observe what remains once we have eliminated these falsehoods – the truth remains.
Why?
The truth remains because it has been experienced, observed, and verified. The truth remains because it has been caught in the act. The truth remains because it is empirical and obviously true. The truth remains because it has been replicated. Even though it isn’t always replicable on demand, the truth has been experienced and observed by many different people throughout the world.
The different versions of the Theory of Evolution or the different types of Evolution are based upon Spontaneous Generation or blind random chance. Spontaneous Generation or Evolution is prevented from happening by entropy or the second law of thermodynamics. It requires some type of Syntropy to design and create, because entropy cannot design and create anything. Evolution is entropy, not Syntropy.
Since Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Entropy, or Spontaneous Generation cannot design and create anything at all, some type of God or Syntropy must of necessity exist in order to have done ALL of the science, design, creation, and production which Materialism, Naturalism, Evolution, and Entropy could NEVER have done.

The Scientific Route
A year ago, I developed a Scientific Proof of God that I found extremely convincing. It was based upon the Scientific Method and negating the consequent. It works through a process of elimination.
The negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method is extremely good at identifying and eliminating anything that is false. We can go that route as well and produce the same results as the Logical Route, because negating the consequent is philosophically and logically sound. It works.
If you successfully eliminate everything that is false, then ONLY the truth will remain.
The negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method can be used to falsify theories or prove them false. Let’s run a few of these by you and let you decide for yourself what to make of them. Let’s start with Chemical Evolution and use the Scientific Method to falsify it.
Scientific Hypothesis: If Chemical Evolution is true, then we will observe atoms spontaneously generating into DNA, genes, genomes, and proteins.
Scientific Observations: We have NEVER observed atoms spontaneously generating into DNA, genes, genomes, and proteins. It’s physically impossible.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, Chemical Evolution is false and has been falsified by the Scientific Method. In other words, Chemical Evolution is falsified by a complete lack of observation. Chemical Evolution or spontaneous generation has NEVER been observed.
Now, let’s use the negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method to FALSIFY Macro-Evolution:
Scientific Hypothesis: If Macro-Evolution is true, then we will observe cats occasionally giving birth to dogs, and we will observe the occasional ape giving birth to humans.
Scientific Observations: We have NEVER observed one species giving birth to a completely different species. It’s physically impossible. It’s prevented from happening by genetics and random mutations.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, Macro-Evolution is false and has been falsified by the Scientific Method. In other words, Macro-Evolution is falsified by a complete lack of observational support.
Thanks to entropy or the second law of thermodynamics, it’s physically impossible for random mutations to produce a functionally compatible or genetically compatible Mr. and Mrs. Mutant at the very same time in the very same place. It can’t be done, which means that it wasn’t done. Thanks to random mutations or entropy, it’s physically impossible for chimp-like ancestors to give birth to genetically compatible male and female chimpanzees, or genetically compatible male and female human beings. It can’t be done, which means that it wasn’t done. That’s the REAL science.
The Theory of Evolution is FALSIFIED by a complete lack of observational support. Let’s use the Scientific Method to falsify the Theory of Evolution.
Scientific Hypothesis: If the Theory of Evolution is true, then we will observe natural selection and random mutations producing new and unique life-forms in real-time. It should be happening here and now, and not in some distant unseen past.
Scientific Observations: We have NEVER observed one species giving birth to a completely different species. It’s physically impossible. It’s prevented from happening by genetics and random mutations.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, the Theory of Evolution is false and has been falsified by the Scientific Method. In other words, the Theory of Evolution is falsified by the fact that random mutations and natural selection have NEVER been caught in the act of designing and creating new and unique life-forms from scratch.
These are powerful observations, which just happen to be true.
Let’s falsify a couple other theories by using the negating the consequent version of the Scientific Method:
Scientific Hypothesis: If the claims of Materialism and Naturalism are true, then we will observe atoms spontaneously generating into DNA, genes, genomes, and proteins.
Scientific Observations: We have NEVER observed atoms spontaneously generating into DNA, genes, genomes, and proteins. In fact, spontaneous generation was falsified in 1859 by Louis Pasteur.
Scientific Conclusion: Therefore, Materialism and Naturalism are false and have been falsified by the Scientific Method. In other words, Materialism and Naturalism are falsified by a complete lack of observational evidence supporting their hidden assumptions or major premises which claim that the non-physical, the supernatural, or the quantum does not exist. It’s physically impossible to observe that something does not exist.
Materialism, Naturalism, and their derivatives are FALSIFIED by a complete lack of observational evidence supporting their major premises or hidden assumptions which state that the Quantum or the Non-Physical does not exist. The verified and proven existence of Quantum Mechanisms or Supernatural Mechanisms such as Action at a Distance FALSIFIES Materialism, Naturalism, and their derivatives.
Since Materialism, Naturalism, Darwinism, Entropy, or Spontaneous Generation cannot design and create anything at all, some type of God or Syntropy must of necessity exist in order to have done ALL of the science, design, creation, and production which Materialism, Naturalism, Evolution, and Entropy could NEVER have done. Somebody had to do the science, and we KNOW that it wasn’t Evolution or Entropy. Evolution and Entropy are NOT Someone Psyche. There’s NO intelligence there. Evolution and Entropy have NEVER been caught in the act of doing science, design, and manufacturing; and, they NEVER will, because it’s impossible.

God or Syntropy must of necessity exist, or we wouldn’t exist.
